A group of residential condominiums in the City of Aventura. What is below comes from official records; what is not on record is marked as pending official confirmation.
It is the day this building's records were read.
Read on October 20, 2026 at the Miami-Dade Property Appraiser, HUD's list, the DBPR SIRS database, the Aventura Document Center and the Florida Statutes.
Public records do not tell the whole story. Here is what they do publish, with its source, and what only the association has.
Each row says what the record shows, where it comes from and when it was read. The Property Appraiser is the county office that records and values every property; the "folio" is the number it identifies it by.
Item What the record says Source and date read Name Two condominiums with this name: "Mediterranean Village Condo # One" (reference folio 28-2210-068-0001) and "Mediterranean Village Condo No Two" (reference folio 28-2210-069-0001). The DBPR says the database shows only complete reports, exactly as submitted. A missing row does not prove the study was not done. DBPR, SIRS database (both lists), Oct 20, 2026 FHA (the federally backed loan): the condominium list of HUD, the federal housing agency A search for "Mediterranean" in Florida returned a single record: "Mediterranean Village Condo #1" (ID A010464 001, address "Thirty-Nine Hundred Island Blvd", Aventura), status Rejected, status date May 2, 2017. - Estoppel certificate (a statement of the unit's account): the seller, or whoever the seller designates, requests it from the association. By law the association issues it within 10 business days and must list the special assessments already owed and those scheduled (Statute 718.116). More in the guide on the condo special assessment.
- Milestone inspection report and its summary: ask whether it exists, when it was filed with the City of Aventura and what repairs it calls for.
